If you're a Microsoft squad possessor, you can invite guests to your team. From your teams list, just clickMore options next to the team name, and and then clickAdd members. Enter the guest'due south electronic mail accost.
Note: Guests need a work or schoolhouse business relationship for Role 365.
Since you are unable to add some guests to your Microsoft Squad, we'd similar to know the post-obit data for further troubleshooting:
1. Can you add Office 365 users in your organization normally?
two. Do you utilize Microsoft Teams web application or Microsoft Teams desktop application?
3. Does this problem occur in other Microsoft Teams?

I am the Global Admin for the tenant plus the possessor of the Office 365 Group and Team that I am trying to add together external people to.
I can add internal people in the organisation to Groups and Teams OK.
This is the first time nosotros want to let external users to the tenant.
I have reviewed updated the configuration for Azure Advertisement, Office Groups, Teams, SharePoint and Security and having to expect several hours I tin at present add user.
I found the Microsoft instructions unclear as in that location are so many places that you lot need to allow external sharing

I had the same trouble but i resolved it. I'one thousand a global admin of my tenant, I created a group with my guest and tried to add them, it don't works.
Also i assigned licenses to the guests over the group and individualy, didn't works and yet showing the same message "We ran into an effect. Please endeavour over again later"
After a few hours checking. I Saw that i was not the possessor of the channel, so i tin not add together guests.
Afterward named me equally a owner of the channel i can add guest without whatever bug.
So i hope that you tin solve your issuetrying this method.
